Insert a number from 1 to N (where N is the number of cells in a row (or a column)) into each cell so no number repeats in any row and column. The numbers represent heights of skyscrapers (1-smallest, N-tallest). The numbers around the grid indicate the number of buildings you can see from the given viewpoint. The building is visible only when there is no taller building in front of it.
